Dormouse Nesting Boxes

The three Dormouse nesting boxes have now been installed in a small woodland in the Exe Valley, where there is plenty of suitable Hazel habitat and food sources for Dormice. It is hoped the nesting boxes will provide a positive result in the future.

Further updates will be provided on this page once the boxes have been inspected by a licensed handler. This is expected to be towards the end of this year before the Dormice hibenate. I also like to thank the owners for allowing the boxes to be installed in their woodland.
